211 Rice Crispy Treats

Rice Crispy Treats  






Ingredients :  

3 tbsp  butter 
6 cuts Rice Crispy Treats  
4 cut mini marshmallows      



Directions :  ☺   

1. On low heat, melt butter in a large pot.

2. Add the marshmallows into melted butter. Stir until marshmallow is melted.

          ☺                                                                                                                                         3. Add the rice crispy cereal in the melted the marshmallow mixture. Stir quickly and turn off the heat.

4. Prepare a tray covered with wax paper, Or spray with cooking spray.








5. In a baking pan add wax paper and pour the rice crispy mixture in the pan. once cold begin to cut in squares.

158 Kale Fried Rice

Kale Fried Rice 

  

Ingredients :    
3 eggs mixing 
2 teaspoon soy sauce   
1 teaspoons olive oil 
1 teaspoons chicken flavor 
Salt and pepper to taste 
Stem green onions chopped 
1 teaspoons finely chopped ginger 
3 cloves garlic finely chopped 
2 small shallot finely chopped 
1/2 medium onion cut grain  
3 teaspoons France butte or salad oil  
1/2 pound of kale chopped into small pieces
2 bowl of cooked rice preferably refrigerator overnight



The ingredients also you can add you own :  corn, ham, ground beef or bacon instead.
 

1. Wash and clean the kale. Then drain excess water and cut into small pieces. 2 Stem green onions chopped, 3 cloves garlic finely chopped, 2 small shallot finely chopped, 1/2 medium onion cut grain 1 teaspoons finely chopped.


2. In one pan, add one teaspoon salt and olive oil. Then add in the kale but quickly stir fry and then remove from fire. Do not put it long pan for too long. Once the kale is softer then remove it.





3. Put two teaspoon of butter in the pan, add shallot chopped, chopped green onions, garlic  chopped ,  chopped ginger. Add the rice that was previously placed in the refrigerator. Once the rice becomes a little bit crispy and are separate then add soy sauce and chicken bouillon.




4. Add the kale, then pepper and salt to taste. And then add in the minced green onions. Stir fry the dish one more time and cook a sunny side up egg to put on top . Now, the kale fried rice is finished !

92 Chuan Bei Sugar Stewed Pears

Chuan Bei Sugar Stewed Pears  



Ingredients : 

1 small crystal sugar to taste  






1 cup of boiling water, or cold water  
1 ounce chuan bei powder divided into four bags 





1/2 pears remove the seeds and  peel the skin

Directions : 



1. Wash the pears and then peel the skin. Cut the pear in two half and remove the seeds. Cut into large chunks. 2. You can buy the Chinese herb, Chuan bei, at Chinese herb store. When you buy them they come in pieces. You can ask the herb store to grind the herb into a powder form. When you receive the packet of herb you can divide it into 4 parts so you can make this dish 4 times.




           
                                   
                                                   
                                                                   
                                                                                   




3. In a small crock pot, put in 1 cup water and then put in the rest of the ingredients and  one piece of rock sugar. Steam the soup for about 6 hrs. If you want it more sweet you can add more rock sugar. You can steam it overnight until the pears are translucent.


4. After the soup is ready you can either just drink the juice or eat it with the pears.

This Chinese medicine is known to cure with coughs. You can ask the workers at the Chinese medicine store. This herbal soup has a sweet taste and good for your health. You can also add honey to make it sweet and leave on the skin of the pear. Make sure that the pears are fully steamed and not .
