193 Sardines Lettuce Cup Wraps

Sardines lettuce cup wraps 




Ingredients : 
1 cup couscous 
1 teaspoon butter  
1 cup couscous  






        

1 teaspoon soy sauce  
1/4 cup tomato sauce  
1 teaspoon  chili oil  





1 teaspoon  chicken knorr  
11/4  cup boil water  
1 shredded onion  







2 teaspoons corn starch  
2 chopped shallot  
1 Package fresh Artisan romaine  





1 can of  sardines in tomato 
Salt and black pepper to taste 
2 cloves garlic finely chopped  








2 cloves garlic, finely chopped  




1 teaspoon  olive oil or  vegetable oil  
1 teaspoons sriracha chili 







Salt and black pepper to taste  
2 teaspoon  olive oil or vegetable oil 



Directions :                      
1. 11/4 cups boiling water, Add 1 teaspoon of butter. Then pour 1 cup couscous stir, cover and stand for 5 minutes. After the cooked couscous gently mix loose. Set aside. cook couscous according to package instructions. 



2. Tear apart the Romaine lettuce cups, Rinse with clean water. Add ice water to keep the crispness. Use paper towels to dry the excess water. Set aside on a plate.  
   



3. 1  Prepare ingredients : Pour a small bowl of tomato sauce, A bowl add 1/2 cup of water, stir with spoon, set side. 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped, 2 small chopped  shallot, 1 onion shredded.    



4. Add a little olive oil in a fry pan over medium heat. stir-fry,  garlic, chopped  shallot, onion shredded, After carefully laying the sardines, Gently stirring, Now you can make the sauce by adding tomato sauce flavor, salt and pepper to taste. Then add water and corn starch to thicken  the sauce.   




5. Put together the lettuce cups : Fresh  romaine lettuce a slice, placed just cooked couscous, added the the sardines and tomato sauce. You can also add a little sriracha chili sauce, try it.  You should love this delicious sardines lettuce cup wraps.

Spinach and Mushrooms Salad  


Ingredients :     
2 tbsp sugar  
1 tsp Mustard 

               
1/4 cup vinegar 
1/2 cup croutons 
1/2 tsp celery seed 
1 pounds fresh spinach 



Salt and pepper to taste 
1/2 bowl slice mushrooms 
1 teaspoon  olive oil or vegetable oil 
1/2 red onion , sliced in thin 
rings 

2 eggs, hard- boiled, peeled and chopped
3 bacon, cooked until crisp and crumbled    



You can also go to the supermarket to salad  dressing. 




Directions :  
1. fresh spinach Rinse with clean water, Add ice water to keep the crispness use paper towels to dry the excess water, Set aside on a plate. 1/2 red onion sliced in thin slices.



2. 1/2 cup croutons,  2 eggs boiled peeled and chopped, 3 slice
bacon cooked until crisp, 1 cup fresh shiitake mushrooms Peel into the thick slices, You can also use a little oil and fry mushrooms. 
  

3. Salad dressing Seasoning :  sugar, oil, vinegar, olive oil, 1/2 tsp celery seed, 1 teaspoon mustard, salt and pepper to taste . Place all of the ingredients into a blender. Mix all the ingredients . Pour into a bowl and set aside. Or you can buy Italian dressing at the store or any of your favorite dressing.



4. If you feel it is too sour or not sweet enough. You can add more vinegar and to adjust. According to personal taste.

Meat Salty Preserved Egg Congee 








Ingredients : 
3 preserved egg 
10 cup of water 
2 coriander and chopped
1 pound ground pork



                                                                     

1 teaspoon sesame oil 
1 cooked salted egg 
1 teaspoon light soy sauce  






1 teaspoons corn starch  
3 teaspoons shredded ginger  
1/2 tablespoon salted pork 
4 cloves garlic finely chopped 






3 teaspoons  olive oil 








1 cut of riced or add more
Salt and black pepper to taste  
2 stem green onions finely chopped  
3 ribs marinade with salt  







14 ounces chicken stock or chicken flavor
3 Chinese donuts  cut smaller pieces and fried crisp
             

The ingredients can add you own and match  bean paste, Scallop, cooked salted, dried scallop, soy sauce, liver, shrimp, fresh mushrooms, add sweet rice. 





















1. Rinse the rice with clean water. Then add salt, oil and the preserved egg. Place in refrigerator for for several hours. It is best if you let it marinate over night.



2. Prepare ingredients: 2 coriander and chopped, 3 teaspoons shredded ginger, 3 teaspoons frie garlic oil , 2 stem green onions finely chopped and 1 cooked salted egg. Cut into chunks 3 preserved black eggs and set aside the black egg as a garnish on top.




3. clean the ribs with water to wash off the salt. In a pot add 10 cups of water and chicken stock into the boiling water. On high heat, boil about 20 minutes the rice into the soup, the conger simmer slowly cooked . 




4. While the porridge is cooking add a small metal spoon in the bottom of the pot to prevent the rice from sticking to the bottom. Also, do not cover the lid while the porridge is cooking.




5. Take out the ribs and remove the meat from the bone and set aside. In a bowl, add the fresh pork meat with 2 tablespoons of the porridge soup. Stir and mix together. chopped off the meat on the rib. 



6. Let the porridge boil for 1 hour. Then add ginger, chicken bouillon and the ground pork prepared in the previous step and the chopped black egg. Add salt and pepper.










7. Add fresh chopped garlic and then story fry the garlic in oil. Add the fried garlic on top of the porridge with Chinese donuts.
    


 


8. Finally the porridge is complete and now you can add your toppings. Add a little sesame oil, sprinkle chopped green onion and cilantro. Also add into the fried crisp Chinese donuts  Enjoy !
