151 Stir Fry Chinese Broccoli With Chicken Breast

Stir Fry Chinese Broccoli with Chicken Breast

Ingredients : 
4 slice ginger 
3 teaspoons wine 


Ë
1/4 cup of water 
3 teaspoons olive oil 
1 teaspoon cornstarch 
4 garlic finely chopped 






Ë 
Salt and pepper to taste 
1 stem onion cut into inches

1 pound broccoli cut two inches 
1 pound chicken breast cut into thick slice

Ë 1 tsp oyster sauce or also follow the taste preferences, soy sauce, chicken,  black bean sauce .

Directions :  做法  :   
1.Prepare ingredients: Wash Chinese broccoli, carrots, onions. Slice the carrot, green onion and broccoli into sections.


  

2. Clean the chicken and paper towel dry the chicken. Then cut into pieces and marinate with wine, cornstarch and oil. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.


   


3. In a pot boil water and add oil , ½ teaspoon salt, and the stem of the broccoli first then add in the leave part. Then remove and drain water. Don’t boil the broccoli for too long.




4. In a big bowl add in ice water, and blanch the broccoli. This allows the broccoli to be fresh and crunchy. Then remove from water.

  


5. In a pan, add oil, ginger and garlic. Saute together then add marinated chicken. And remove.

  


6. Add in Chinese broccoli in the pan with the chicken. Add oyster sauce, salt and pepper to taste and add corn start with water to thicken sauce.

This dish is my favorite.It is  simple and delicious. It has a lot of nutrients and hope you enjoy.
