Stir Fry Udon Noodle and Beef
Ingredients :
2 teaspoon sesame
2 teaspoon sesame
1 onion shredded
5 pack fresh udon
2 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
4 teaspoons olive oil
1 carrot shredded
1 pound shredded beef
3 finely chopped garlic
1 teaspoon chopped ginger
2 teaspoons cooking wine
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
2 teaspoons chicken powder
1 teaspoons cornstarch
Salt and pepper to taste
2 teaspoon black bean sauce
3 chopped red shallot
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
2 stem green onions shredded
1/2 shredded Chinese cabbage
Ingredients : vegetable can add you own and match bell peppers, celery , chicken led, ham, instead.
Directions :
1. 1 onion shredded, 1 carrot shredded, 3 chopped red shallot, 3 finely chopped garlic, 2 stem green onion cut into inch, 1/2 shredded Chinese cabbage or cabbage. 2 teaspoons black beans washed . Saute white sesame seeds.
2. 1 pound shredded beef , clean the beef and pat dry with paper towel to remove excess water. Pound the chicken with a ponder. Prepare the marinade: Combine white wine, salt and pepper and marinate for 15 minutes.
3. Boil water in a pot and then add in the udon noodles. Stir with chopstick. Don’t overcook the udon noodles. Remove, strain out the water and set aside. If you’re not sure how to cook the udon noodles the instructions are on the bag.
4. Prepare the sauce first, in one small bowl, add in soy sauce, sesame oil, chicken flavor, salt and pepper.
5. In a pan, add oil , ginger, garlic and shallots. Then add in beef and stir fry till half done. Add in the black bean, wine and remove the beef and set aside.
6. In the same pan, add in the Chinese cabbage, carrot and onions. Stir fry till cooked.
7. Then add in the udon noodles,beef, sauce, green onions and sesame seeds. Then turn the pan on to high heat, stir fry quick. Then this delicious tasty dish is done!
