236 Swedish Beef Balls

Swedish Beef Balls 


Ingredients : 
2 eggs    
1/4 cup water  
1/4 cup milk 






1/2 lemon juice
1/4 cup wine 
2 ounces Butter
1/2 teaspoon sugar 




1 teaspoon Parsley
1 ounce of cheese
3 teaspoons olive oil
1/2 cup bread crumbs





3 garlic finely chopped 
1 Apple finely chopped 
4 tablespoons sour cream 





11/2 pounds ground beef 

Salt and pepper to taste 





3 teaspoons corn starch 
2 Potatoes, cut into strips 


1 teaspoons ginger finely chopped
1 medium onion finely diced 




1/2 cup beef broth or beef flavor  
4 tablespoons cranberries (Jam) 
          






1 pounds ground pork


  
The ingredients can add you own and match



Directions : 

1. Prepare ingredients: 2 eggs, ¼ cup milk, 2 potatoes cut into strips, 1 apple finely chopped, 1 medium onion finely chopped, 3 garlic finely chopped.










2. into the melted butter, Onion, garlic. Stir-fry until fragrant soft, spare.






3. In a large mixing bowl, add 1 pounds ground pork, chopped garlic and ginger, two eggs, chopped apple, 1 medium onion finely , 1/2 cup bread crumbs,1 ounce of cheese,3 teaspoons corn starch, 1/4 cup wine, 11/2 pounds ground beef, 1 teaspoon brown sugar, 1/4 cup water, salt and pepper to taste. All the ingredients into a big bowl to makes  the meat ball.




                       
4. Stir the mixture with chopsticks or a spatula in the same direction. While stirring add 1/2 a cup of water. Add the water gradually while stirring not all at the same time Set aside the mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to marinate. 
                                              





5.  Once it marinates, create the meatballs to the size of your choice. After, roll them in a thin layer of corn starch.





6. In a pan add olive oil on medium heat.Then place the meatballs one by one in the pan. Cook till meatball has a golden crust then cover the pan and let the meatball is fully cooked.









7. In a different pan, add butter and corn starch. Then add the beef broth, ½ cup milk, 4 tablespoon sour cream, 1 teaspoon Parsley. Then add the cooked meatballs in the the sauce and let it steam for 5 minute.


8. Cook the sauce : In a pot add 2 tablespoon water ,4 tablespoons cranberries (Jam). Salt and pepper to taste.Finally add cornstarch and cook until thick. 

                    






9. Potato cut into large pieces. In pan add olive oil, minced garlic and corn starch. Mix together. Bake for 45 minutes until golden brown.
