30 Bitter Melon Stuffed With Pork

Bitter melon stuffed with pork  



Ingredients  : 
1/4 teaspoon sugar 
1 teaspoon sauce  
1 teaspoon ginger  


2 diced green onion   
1 pound ground pork  
1 teaspoon sesame oil   




1 teaspoon olive oil 
1/4 cup of water  
1/2  diced onion  
2 bunch vermicelli noodle  




2 tablespoons oyster sauce   
2 teaspoons cooking wine  
1 teaspoon chicken flavor  
1 teaspoon cornstarch  




Salt and pepper to taste  
2 bitter melon cut section  


3 peeled garlic finely chopped 



Directions : 
1.Wash all ingredients , soak the rice into the water to soften, remove and drain and set aside. 


                                    



2. seasonings : onion, sesame oil, wine, garlic, ginger, spring onion, pepper, rice flour, soy sauce, chicken flavor, teen onion, cornstarch, salt and pepper to taste. 





3. Place the ground pork into a bowl and all the seasonings into the ground pork mix for 15 minutes,
you could add some water . Then put into the refrigerator for about 30 minutes. Cut bitter melon into two long sections and with a spoon dig out bitter melon seeds.




4. Add a thin layer of cornstarch in the hole bitter melon before filling the ground pork, The purpose of the cornstarch is to help bind the bitter melon and meat when steamed.  Then fill the bitter melon rings with the beef mixture.




 5. In a pot add olive oil, saute the garlic, then add the juice, oyster sauce,  mix cornstarch with water  and cook until thicken cream sauce is finished . Then drench the sauce over bitter melon  and its done.

49 Cucumber Fried Chicken

Ingredients : 
4 cucumber 
1/4 cup of water 
2 teaspoons olive oil
1 teaspoons  soy sauce



1 teaspoon sesame oil 
1 tablespoon mind ginger
1 teaspoon chicken flavor 
3 tablespoons water 
1 teaspoons cornstarch
1 tablespoon cooking wine 



1 tablespoon cooking wine 
1 carrot cut stripe 
1 teaspoon chili bean paste





2 cloves garlic finely chopped 
Salt and black pepper to taste  
1 red  bell pepper slice 

    

1 medium onions cut into big slice
1 seeded chili breaking off piece
1 pound chicken breast cut into thick slice

The ingredients, vegetable can add you own and match 







Directions : 
1. Wash all the materials, seeded cucumber, cut  onions, green  bell peppers, carrots to the material cut into slice pieces of equal size.




2. Wash the chicken and peel with a knife, after pat chicken and  cut into  slices, so the chicken  taste will be more soft.  


3. Slice the chicken breast meat with a little pepper, cooking wine, chicken flavor, soy sauce, cornstarch and oil marinated  for 20 minutes.





4. Mince ginger, garlic, cut green onion, remove the seeds from the dried chili







5. Heat the pan of oil  , add ginger , garlic , chili, then into the chicken stir fry scattered, garlic , chili, then into the chicken stir fry.


6. Followed by adding green peppers, onions, carrots, some salt, stir fry, and finally add the cucumber. .



7. When the chicken is cooked adding bean paste vegetables stir fry, add a little chicken flavor  and cornstarch mix  to gravy.







8. You can add the lid boring one minute, stir fry together add green onion, stir well.

Cucumber stir fry  chicken, is inexpensive homemade recipes. Cucumber crisp and juicy, especially in the hot summer. Added chicken breast taste crisp and refreshing taste is also very good,

    193 Sardines Lettuce Cup Wraps

    Ingredients : 
    1 cup couscous 
    1 teaspoon butter  
    1 cup couscous  






            

    1 teaspoon soy sauce  
    1/4 cup tomato sauce  
    1 teaspoon  chili oil  





    1 teaspoon  chicken knorr  
    11/4  cup boil water  
    1 shredded onion  







    2 teaspoons corn starch  
    2 chopped shallot  
    1 Package fresh Artisan romaine  





    1 can of  sardines in tomato 
    Salt and black pepper to taste 
    2 cloves garlic finely chopped  








    2 cloves garlic, finely chopped  




    1 teaspoon  olive oil or  vegetable oil  
    1 teaspoons sriracha chili 







    Salt and black pepper to taste  
    2 teaspoon  olive oil or vegetable oil 



    Directions :                      
    1. 11/4 cups boiling water, Add 1 teaspoon of butter. Then pour 1 cup couscous stir, cover and stand for 5 minutes. After the cooked couscous gently mix loose. Set aside. cook couscous according to package instructions. 



    2. Tear apart the Romaine lettuce cups, Rinse with clean water. Add ice water to keep the crispness. Use paper towels to dry the excess water. Set aside on a plate.  
       



    3. 1  Prepare ingredients : Pour a small bowl of tomato sauce, A bowl add 1/2 cup of water, stir with spoon, set side. 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped, 2 small chopped  shallot, 1 onion shredded.    



    4. Add a little olive oil in a fry pan over medium heat. stir-fry,  garlic, chopped  shallot, onion shredded, After carefully laying the sardines, Gently stirring, Now you can make the sauce by adding tomato sauce flavor, salt and pepper to taste. Then add water and corn starch to thicken  the sauce.   




    5. Put together the lettuce cups : Fresh  romaine lettuce a slice, placed just cooked couscous, added the the sardines and tomato sauce. You can also add a little sriracha chili sauce, try it.  You should love this delicious sardines lettuce cup wraps.
