French Walnut Butter Fried Salmon
Ingredients :
2 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons wine
1 teaspoon cornstarch
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 pound salmon fillets
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons chopped walnuts
2 tablespoons butter or olive oil
1 teaspoon dried tarragon or fresh tarragon
3 teaspoons lemon pepper or juice
Directions :
1. Rinse and drain fish : pat dry with paper towel . Sprinkle with seasoning: wine , cornstarch, garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste . Let it sit and marinate .
2. Brush a little bit of garlic powder on the salmon, salt and coated with a thin layer of corn starch, Marinate -15 minutes .
3. Medium heat melt butter and saute the chopped walnuts. set side.
4. Add a little butter in a fry pan over medium high heat, Add marinated salmon into the pan fry until the bottom surface of stereotypes, and cover the pot with lid.
5. A pot add pour lemon pepper, wine, water, tarragon, salt and freshly ground pepper to taste .Pour the sauce over salmon then off the heat.
