221 Salmon Fried Rice

Salmon Fried Rice    

Ingredients : 
2 teaspoons soy sauce  
3 teaspoons olive oil  
1 teaspoon  sesame oil                      
2 teaspoons wine  
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder  
1 teaspoon cornstarch  
Salt and pepper to taste  
3 teaspoons France butte  
2 shallot finely chopped 
2 stem green onion chopper  
1 teaspoon finely chopped ginger  
3 larges eggs break up  
1/2 teaspoon  chicken knorr flavor   
3 cloves  garlic finely chopper  
1 carrot cut 1/2 inches               
1 pound salmon into 3/4 inch  
2 dry chili  remove seeds finely chopper    
1 stem broccoli cut 1/2 inch pieces  
1 medium onion cut 1/2 inch pieces  
2  bowls of cooked white rice preferably in the refrigerator  overnight  



Directions : 
1. 1 teaspoon finely chopped ginger, 3 teaspoons France butte, 2 stem green onion chopper, 1 carrot cut 1/2 inches, 3 cloves  garlic finely chopper, 1 pound salmon into 3/4 inch, 2 dry chili  remove seeds finely chopper, 1 stem broccoli cut 1/2 inch pieces, 1 medium onion cut 1/2 inch pieces .

   

2. Beat the eggs and then add ¼ teaspoon salt. In a pan, add oil and add eggs. Cook until a little raw then remove and set aside. Clean the broccoli and cut into ¼ inch pieces. Then boil then broccoli until cooked an remove. In a pan, stir fry the carrot.

  

3. Cut the salmon into half inch chunks. You can remove the skin or keep the skin on. Marinate with salt and pepper, soy sauce, dry chili and wine, corn starch, a little bit of oil. Marinate for 10 minutes. 

  

4. In a hot pan, add two teaspoon butter. Add in garlic, ginger and shallots. Saute ingredients.  Then add in the salmon. Cook until golden brown and then remove from pan.


  

5. In a pan, add oil and stir fry the onion and add in the rice that was placed overnight in the refrigerator. Cook until rice is separate and then add in soy sauce.

  

6. In the same pan, add in the rest of the ingredients ; salmon, egg and vegetables. Then add some salt and pepper. Chicken flavor, soy sauce and green onion. Stir fry everything.

in protein value and can be cooked in many ways.  It taste delicious and tender.

51 Cabbage Chicken Breast Salad

Cabbage Chicken Breast Salad  



Ingredients :   
1 cup basil leaves  
4 stems fresh mint       
1/2 shredded onion 

   

2 sliced cucumber   
2 chopped chilies  
1 teaspoon chicken flavor 
Salt and pepper to taste 



3 cloves minced garlic 
1/2 shredded cabbage    
1/2 cup dry roasted crushed peanuts
1 pound chicken breast tear by hand 





2 teaspoons olive oil or vegetable oil           
1 package dry thin rice noodle or fresh noodle





2/3 bowl fish sauce ,  ( lemon, sugar, 
water, garlic, fish sauce mix homemade recipes   103 ) .





According to your own favorite taste freely sauce. 


Directions :                                    
1. 1/2 shredded cabbage, 2 sliced cucumber, 1/2 shredded onion, 3 cloves garlic, minced, 1/2 cup dry roasted crushed peanuts,  1 cup basil leaves, 4 stems fresh mint, 2 chopped chilies. 1/2 cup dry roasted crushed peanuts.




   


2. In a pot, boil water and then add in the thin noodles. While the noodle is still boiling add some cold water. Stir with chopsticks until the noodle is soft. When the noodle is drain out the water and place in a bowl. You can follow the instructions in the bag.

          
3. Clean chicken breast with water and pat dry with paper towels. Then use a meat hammer to pound the chicken. In a bowl, add chicken, a little bit of wine, chicken flavor, garlic powder, pepper and salt. Marinate for 15 minuses. 







      

4. In a pan, add some oil and pan fry the chicken breast on both sides until golden brown. Let chicken cool down and then shred into slices. If you don’t want to fry the chicken you can also boil it.




5.  Now, layer the ingredients. Start with noodle at the bottom then onions, cabbage, cucumbers, basil, mint. Then add in the shredded chicken on top, chopped chili.




6.  Pour on the fish sauce, add dry roasted peanuts. Stir the salad together and let the fish sauce marinate everything.






7. If you want the dish more spicy you can add in the chili and if  you want it more sour add in more lemons. Now the cabbage chicken salad is done  !
