74 Grilled Zucchini

Grilled zucchini             


Ingredients :  
2 eggs mixing  
1 bowl of puree flour   
2 teaspoons chicken flavor  
2 teaspoon garlic powder  
1 teaspoon garlic powder  
3 peeled zucchini slice   






1 bowl  Japanese  bread crumbs   
The amount of  salt and pepper to taste 
2 bowls vegetable oil   




Directions : 
1. Clean and peel 2 zucchinis. Cut both ends off and keep the skin on. Slice into ¼ thick slices and then set aside. 







 








 2. Use three bowls. First bowl, is the all purpose flour 2 teaspoon garlic powder and chicken flavor. Second bowl, is the egg mixture. Third bowl is the  Japanese panko crumbs. If you want to make a bigger batch you can make more of the flour.



3. Dip the zucchini first in the flour mixture then egg and then panko crumbs.  Place the zucchini in the baking pan. Line the zucchini so they won’t overlap each other






4. Preheat oven 350 degrees and use a pot to add one cup water for moisture. Then bake the zucchinis for 20 minutes. After, flip over the zucchinis to bake the other side and then lower the heat to 250 and bake another 20 minutes.





5. Continue to bake until golden brown and crunchy. You can add salt and pepper to taste.




Feelings after eating  :  
This dish is an easy appetizer and taste delicious. The panko crumbs make it crunchy. My daughter love this dish and it makes me happy. I hope you guys try it and enjoy it  !
