74 Grilled Zucchini





Serves : 4

Grilled zucchini             


Ingredients :  
2 eggs mixing  
1 bowl of puree flour   
2 teaspoons chicken flavor  
2 teaspoon garlic powder  
1 teaspoon garlic powder  
3 peeled zucchini slice   






1 bowl  Japanese  bread crumbs   
The amount of  salt and pepper to taste 
2 bowls vegetable oil   




Directions : 
1. Clean and peel 2 zucchinis. Cut both ends off and keep the skin on. Slice into ¼ thick slices and then set aside. 







 








 2. Use three bowls. First bowl, is the all purpose flour 2 teaspoon garlic powder and chicken flavor. Second bowl, is the egg mixture. Third bowl is the  Japanese panko crumbs. If you want to make a bigger batch you can make more of the flour.



3. Dip the zucchini first in the flour mixture then egg and then panko crumbs.  Place the zucchini in the baking pan. Line the zucchini so they won’t overlap each other






4. Preheat oven 350 degrees and use a pot to add one cup water for moisture. Then bake the zucchinis for 20 minutes. After, flip over the zucchinis to bake the other side and then lower the heat to 250 and bake another 20 minutes.





5. Continue to bake until golden brown and crunchy. You can add salt and pepper to taste.




Feelings after eating  :  
This dish is an easy appetizer and taste delicious. The panko crumbs make it crunchy. My daughter love this dish and it makes me happy. I hope you guys try it and enjoy it  !

251 Turkey Ham and Lettuce Wraps

Turkey Ham and Lettuce Wraps  


     

Ingredients : 
5 slices of ham  
5 mixing eggs  
5 strips of bacon  
5 slices of American cheese or any cheese you like
1 bundle of fresh lettuce wash and drain the water,  after slicing


You can add you own and match the ingredients : Tomato, cucumber, Tabasco sauce, spicy sriracha, cream cheese or mayonnaise or dressing of your choice


                                             

Directions : 
1. Tear the roman lettuces into one piece. Clean with water and use the scissors to trim the ends and dry with a paper towel. Place on plate. Then pan fry 5 strips of bacon. 




2. Beat the eggs and add salt. Use a pan and put in the eggs. When the egg is cooked plate and set aside.  



 

 3. Start to wrap: place the tortilla on the place and add in the cheese slice, bacon, ham and lettuce. Then wrap it up like a burrito. And now you have quick and easy wrap.




4. In the end, wrap in saran wrap.











Feelings after eating  :     

This wrap is easy to make and delicious. The fresh roman lettuce makes it crunchy and the bacon makes it crispy. This wrap is healthy and easy to make. I hope you like it .
