Curry shrimp fried riceIngredients :
1/2 cabbage (white dishes)
1/ 2 cup chives
2 eggs
1 a carrot
3 dried mushrooms
2 teaspoons garlic
salt 1/2 tsp
1 teaspoon chicken flavor

1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon fish sauce
1/ 2 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp black vinegar
4 teaspoons curry powder
1/ 2 pound shrimp
shredded 1/ 2 cup
Directions :
2. Remove and drain the water and then put the rice noodles in a bowel and cover it for 10 minutes .
3. Mix eggs and add salt then stir fry in pan and then set aside.
4. Saute shallots, garlic, add pork, mushrooms, dry shrimp, carrots, celery and cabbage .
