Roast Beef Recipe Boneless Cross Rib
1 ounce butter
3/4 cup red wine
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon mayonnaise
2 teaspoons onion powder
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
Salt and black pepper to taste
4.1/2 pounds beef without ribs
Directions :
