Ingredients :
- 11/2 oz black tea
- 12 eggs
- 1 Liter of water
- Select coarse salt or fine salt will do 10 ounces
- Boil 1 gallon water with salt.
- Wait for the salt to absorb into the water
- Wash the eggs and dry it.
- Wait for the brine to cool then add eggs. Store brine mixture and eggs into jars.
- Store in a dry and cool place. Store for about 25 days then remove.
- Boil the salted the eggs or store in refrigerator for later.
