143 Ginger Chicken





Serves : 3

Ginger Chicken   




Ingredients : 
1/2 cup ginger  
3 tablespoons wine  
2 sliced cucumber  
1 teaspoon  chicken knorr  
2 teaspoons  garlic powder 
1 teaspoon cornstarch  
Salt and pepper to taste 
8 chicken legs or chicken wings  
2 tablespoons light olive vegetable oil  
8 chicken legs or whole chicken cut in pieces  

143 Homemade Ginger Sauce Recipe  




Directions : 
1. Clean the chicken legs and use a paper towel to dry the water. Add in wine, pepper and salt then massage the chicken so the flavors can marinate, 2 teaspoons  garlic powder . 


                        


2. Put the corn starch over the chicken and let it marinate. Place in the refrigerator for 25 minutes.



     


4. In a flat pan, add olive oil and add in the steam chicken leg. Pan fry until golden brown and fully cooked.



 


5. Add in ginger sauce in the pan and stir with the chicken leg. Stir fry quickly so it wont stick to the pan.




6. Remove from pan and place on a plate.  You can add more ginger sauce on top if you like.



              
                                 
                     
 
                         


                                                                 


Feelings after eating  :
This ginger chicken recipe is very delicious. The pan fried chicken is nice and golden brown and it brings out the ginger aroma. You can eat a lot of this chicken and it is my favorite recipe.  Ginger is very nutrition and helps with circulation. I hope you enjoy this dish and try it  !

219 Chicken Stir - Fry Ramen Noodles

Chicken Stir - Fry Ramen Noodles  





Ingredients  :  
1 teaspoon sesame oil 
2 teaspoon soy sauce 
2 teaspoons olive oil  
3 tablespoons chili oil  
1 carrots shredded  
2 garlic finely chopped 
2 teaspoon black vinegar 
1 onion finely chopped 
2 stem green onion minced  
Salt and pepper to taste  
1/2 cabbage shredded  
3 large eggs break up  
2 cloves garlic finely chopped 
4 package of instant ramen noodles 
2 shallot finely chopped  
1 small piece ginger, finely chopped 
2 pound chicken chicken breast cut into thick strips  
The ingredients vegetable can add you own and match





Directions  : 
1. Prepare ingredients: 1/2 cabbage shredded, 1 carrots shredded, 2 shallot finely chopped, 2 stem green onion chopped 1 small piece ginger, finely chopped, 1 onion finely chopped, 
2 garlic finely chopped.



 





2. Cut 1 pound of chicken into thick slices and stir fry until done. Remove chicken and set aside. Add in eggs and a teaspoon of salt. Scramble the eggs and remove and set aside.



  








3. In a pan, stir fry the shallots, garlic, ginger, carrot and cabbage.



  


4. In a pot, boil the noodles and then drain well. Stir fry with chopsticks.




 


5. Then put all the ingredients in the noodles. Add in the sauteed eggs, chicken and vegetables. You can also add in chili oil to make it spicy.
