20 Garlic Pasta

Garlic Pasta  





Ingredients :  
1 pound pasta 
8 clove garlic slice 
1 teaspoon chicken powder 
1 teaspoon garlic powder 
1 pound shrimp peeled   
Salt and pepper to taste 
2 tablespoons  fresh parsley 
5 tablespoons olive oil 
3 teaspoons parmesan cheese   
1/4 teaspoon  crushed dried red chili  





Directions : 
1. Slice 8 cloves of garlic, prepare 1 box Italian pasta,  1 teaspoon garlic powder, 2 tablespoon of fresh parsley, ¼ teaspoon of crushed dried red chili.





 


2. 1 pound fresh shrimp, peeled. Remove the poop from the shrimp and clean. Then use a paper towel and pat dry. Add baking powder and place in the refrigerator.







3. In a flat pan, add in olive oil and open medium heat. Stir fry the garlic slices until golden brown. Remove the garlic and then add in the shrimp. Cook until half cooked. Remove and set aside.




3. 平底加入橄榄油,开中火,下薄片大蒜煎香直到大蒜略焦黄时熄火, 後再添加蝦仁炒8分熟取出備用.




4. Boil hot water and cook the pasta. Add in salt and oil in the pat. Cook for about 8-10 minutes. Cook the pasta until firm. Remove the pasta and drain the water.








5. After you cook the pasta, add in some oil and salt. Mix the noodles together.







6. Place the cooked pasta in the stone pot. Add in dried chili, wine, pepper, parsley, chicken flavor, parmesan cheese and stir fry with noodle. And put the candle in the bottom. Add in the garlic slices from earlier and the shrimp.

14 Buffalo Chicken Legs

ngredients

8  chicken legs or 16 chicken wings
1/2 tsp  salt
1 large         egg
1 stick cold unsalted butter
5 clove garlic minced
1/2 tsp black pepper
2/3 c frank's louisiana hot sauce or your favorite hot sauce
1/2     tbsp white vinegar
1/2 c corn starch
1 tsp vegetable oil
2 slice oregano leaves
1/2 tsp ginger - food processor
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1 Tbsp paprika
2 Tbsp worcestershire sauce
1 tsp tabasco sauce
1/2 c corn starch
1 tsp garlic powder

Directions


1 . Prepare Marinate : In a small bowl, combine salt, egg, cayenne pepper, Tabasco Sauce, vinegar, corn starch, vegetable oil, oregano leaves, ginger, paprika, Worcestershire sauce and garlic powder.
2 . Use a food processor to grind all the ingredients together .
3 . Place chicken legs into a zip lock plastic bags. Mix with the marinade and refrigerate 2-3 hours.
4 . Bake for about 40 to 50 minutes or until the chicken leg is golden brown.
5 . In a hot frying pan, melt the butter and add minced garlic. Then add in Frank's Louisiana hot sauce.
 6 .Take a empty pot and add the cooked chicken legs and frank's Louisiana hot sauce. Cover the lid and shake till sauce covers the chicken. Enjoy!

pork chop with garlic   

Ingredients  :
  • 2 thin pork chop
  • 1/2 medium onion
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 4 clove  garlic
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 2 Tbsp wine
  • 2 Tbsp fresh ginger
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 Tbsp water
  • 1 tsp corn starch

Directions  :
  1. Wash the pork chop and use a meat hammer to tenderize it. Then cut the fat around the sides.
  2. Use a food processor to grind together the garlic, onion and ginger.
  3. Prepare Marinate: Melted sugar with a little water and add soy sauce , wine , sesame oil , soy sauce , salt , pepper , chicken knorr , water , and other seasonings.
  4. Add marinate mixture and onions, garlic and ginger mixture with the pork chops. Marinate for about 30 minutes.
  5. Flour the pork to make it crispy on the outside
  6.  Add oil to a frying pan and add garlic fry until cooked. Remove garlic clove and keep the oil.
  7. Turn to medium heat and fry pork chop on one side and cover with lid pan to keep moisture in. Then flip the pork over and continue the same process. Once golden brown remove from pan and enjoy   !
