Coconut milk ground pork
Ingredients :
2 red shallot chopped
1/2 onion chopped
2 chopped hot red chili
1/2 cup frozen peas
3 tablespoons fish sauce
5 garlic finely chopped
1 tablespoon chicken flavor
1 pound of ground pork
Salt and pepper to taste
2 teaspoons onion powder
Right amount of red chili powder (paprika)
1/2 teaspoon brown sugar or palm sugar
2 teaspoons uncooked rice mixer into a flour
1 can coconut milk or 1/2 cup of instant coconut milk
2 teaspoons olive oil or canola oil if you prefer
2 pound ground pork or you can use chicken instead
Directions : 做法 :
1. 2 red shallot chopped , 1/2 onion chopped, 2 chopped hot red chili, 5 garlic finely chopped .
2. 2 teaspoons uncooked jasmine rice on low heat fry until golden brown . Use the blender to grind the rice. mixer into a flour.
3. In a wok saute diced shallot, onion, minced garlic. Then remove it in a separate bowl. Then in the same pot add the ground pork with the rest of the oil, add blender rice minced, and a small amount of water.
4. In the same wok again, add fish sauce, green beans, brown sugar, chicken powder, chili powder, coconut milk, salt and pepper amount, fry seasoning mixed together and mix well.
5. Finally, add the lime juice flavored completed.
Feelings after eating :
Ground pork coconut milk is common in Southeast Asia traditional dishes, accompanied by the thick coconut milk aroma, rice is especially good. This is a delicious food.
