Penne Pasta Salad Recipe
Ingredients :
Dice the bell pepper
10 oz penne pasta
1 bowl Farmer John Half
Salt and pepper to taste
1 pound cherry tomatoes
½ cup Italian salad dressing
3 ounces sliced olives
3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese or feta cheese
Directions :
1. Cook the pasta for about 8-9 minutes in boiling water, You can cook it till it is a little hard. You can add a little salt in the water and also add in cooking oil to prevent it from sticking.
2. Preparing ingredients: dice bell peppers, cherry tomatoes cut in half, 3 ounces sliced olives, 1 cup diced ham .
3. Add all the ingredients into a large bowl ; cherry tomatoes, bell pepper, ham, grated Parmesan cheese or feta cheese, salt and pepper to taste.
4. Then add the cooked pasta and top with Italian salad dressing. Mix well, you can also use your favorite salad dressing. I hope you enjoy !
