196 Rice cakes and ham





Serves : 5

Rice cakes and ham 


                              


Ingredients :  
2 carrot slice 
2 teaspoon  ginger 
1 pound snow peas 
2 teaspoons  soy sauce 
2 tsp chicken flavor 
3 teaspoons olive oil 
3 celery cut thick slice 
3 finely chopped garlic



   



1 bowl Farmer John ham    
3 teaspoon  cornstarch 
Salt and pepper to taste 
1 can slice bamboo shoots 
3 chopped  red shallot  


   

3 teaspoon oyster sauce
2 stem green onions  shredded  
2 pound, 1 package fresh rice cakes  
½ Chinese cabbage cut into chunks 
2 pound chicken breast cut into thick slice
The ingredients also you can add you own pork, beef,or bacon cabbage,  instead




Directions:   
1/1  Prepare ingredients: Peel  1 lb snow peas, 1 onion shredded , 2 carrot shredded, 2 teaspoon ginger, 1 can slice bamboo shoots,  1 bowl Farmer John ham, 2 stem green onions  shredded. ½ Chinese cabbage cut into chunks , Set side .

2. In a wok add oil saute the ginger, red shallot, chopped garlic add ham, stir fry 5 minutes, remove to a large pan .
Heat a wok stir-fry snow peas, slice bamboo shoots, shredded onion, carrot shredded, remove to the same pan set aside for mixing with noodles .

3. Cook the rice cakes in boiling water, You can add a little salt in the water and also add in cooking oil, stir with chopsticks,  cook rice cake according to package instructions, go to the next step, remove the rice cake to a same pan set aside for mixing with noodles .



4. Heat a wok stir-fry  ginger, garlic. Now you can make the sauce by adding sesame oil, chicken flavor , oyster sauce, soy sauce, and salt and pepper to taste. Then add water and corn starch to thicken  the sauce.

5. Then drench the sauce over rice cakes and ham, with chopsticks continue to mixing  rice cakes and vegetables, add shallot almost quickly saute. Turn off the heat, poured out into the dish . Delicious homemade Korean rice cake done !

34 Larb Moo Thai Pork Salad

Larb Moo Thai Pork Salad  
                                        

Ingredients : 
1 cup basil leaves   
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 onion chopped


                                    
               

                                                               
                                                               




2 stems garlic minced 
2 tablespoons fish sauce 
Chopped hot red chili 





1 teaspoon chicken flavor 
1 pound of ground pork
1/2 teaspoon brown
sugar 
2 red shallot chopped 
1 red bell pepper slice 


2 stem green onion chopped 
      2 teaspoons chopped parsley 
              Salt and black pepper to taste 
                  1 jalapeno pepper chopped 
                      3 tablespoons of kreung or 1 lime juice
                          2 teaspoons uncooked rice mixer  into a flour
                               2 teaspoons tamarind soup mix or lime juice


Directions : 
1. onion chopped, chopped red chili, 2 red shallot chopped, jalapeno pepper slice, garlic minced,  chopped coriander, 1 cup basil leaves,  green onion mined .
    
            




2. On low heat fry uncooked jasmine rice until golden brown  . Use the blender to grind the rice.





3. In a wok saute diced shallot, onion, minced garlic into a bowl then remove it in a separate bowl. Then in the pot add the ground pork with the rest of the oil, add blender rice minced, and a small amount of water.





4. Continue to cook and add in red bell pepper, jalapeno pepper, fish sauce, brown sugar, chicken flavor, paprika, salt and black pepper to taste , pour back the saute garlic, mix together .




5.  Add green onion, chopped parsley,cilantro, basil,  tamarind soup mix  or lime juice flavored ,  Enjoy  !

This Thai hot and sour pork salad is a super tasty salad. The flavors are spicy and sour. It is a healthy and rich in vitamins. You can add in your own other vegetables such as carrots, celery and etc. I hope you enjoy this healthy dish  !
