Papaya Salad
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 ounce dried shrimp
1 shredded carrot
1 shredded carrot
3 teaspoons fish sauce
1 teaspoon shrimp paste
1 teaspoon salty crab
2 roasted red shallot
1 bowl grilled fish
5 groves roasted garlic
1 teaspoon chicken flavor
3 fresh roasted red chili
1 medium shredded green papaya
1/2 cup dry roasted crushed peanuts
2 teaspoons tamarind paste or lime juice
2 teaspoons olive oil or vegetable oil
3 medium tomatoes cut into small pieces
According to your own favorite taste freely sauce .
Directions :
1. Prepare ingredients: 3 medium tomatoes cut into small pieces,1 shredded carrot, 1/2 cup dry roasted crushed peanuts, 1 medium shredded papaya- add salt to remove excess water. Let it sit for 5 – 10 minutes.
3. Add fresh chili, garlic, shallots, dried shrimp and add into the food processor and grind. Then add ½ teaspoon salt.
4. Make the papaya sauce: add in shrimp paste and salted baby crabs, fish sauce, chili, lemon juice, tamarind paste, fish sauce. Mix together well.
5. In a large bowl, place the papaya in the bottom then add in papaya, tomatoes, radish, then add in the seasonings and sauce.
6. Mix all the ingredients together and let it marinate with the sauce. Then add in peanuts until the sauce is mixed well.
7. If you want it more spicier then add in more chili, and if you want it more sour just add in more lemon juice.
