159 Mashed Potatoes in Bacon Cups

Ingredients :       
2 tsp dried chives
3 cups mashed potatoes
½ cup sour cream
1 tsp garlic powder



1 egg yolk
Salt and white pepper to taste
16 ounces bacon and bake for 15 minutes





1 cup  cheddar cheese shredded

Directions :  
1. Preheat oven to 400 ° F
