121 stuffed zucchini pork

stuffed  zucchini  pork  

Ingredients  :
  • 2 diced shallots
  • 1 pound ground pork
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1/4 tsp  sugar   
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce 
  • 1 cup water 
  • 2 tablespoons wine
  • 1 teaspoon chicken flavor 
  • Peel the zucchinis two long segment
  • 1/2 onion half diced 
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 1/4 teaspoon  salt
  • 1/2 bowl rice stick
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper  
Directions:
  1. Prepare ingredients: Wash all the ingredients, soak noodles in cold water to soften then remove and drain noodles.
  2. Prepare stuffing: Combine onion, sesame oil, wine, garlic, ginger, pepper, rice  stick, soy sauce, chicken flavor, green onion, corn starch and salt.
  3. Mix the ground pork for 15 minutes, put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  4. Peel zucchinis and cut into long pieces. With a spoon,  scoop out the seeds.
  5. Add some cornstarch to the inside and the rim of the zucchinis  so the filling stays in. Then add the filling in the zucchinis  cups. 
  6. Place the stuffed zucchinis  in the steamer for about 20 minutes.
  7. Prepare gravy sauce : In a pan add oil and saute garlic, then add the oyster sauce. Add corn starch to thicken the sauce. Pour the gravy over the stuffed zucchinis and green onion.  Enjoy!
