48 Yang Chow Fried Rice

Yang Chow Fried Rice  








Ingredients  :
3 large eggs break up                                   3 teaspoons soy sauce 
3 teaspoons  olive oil 
1 teaspoons  sesame oil 
1 pound shrimp peeled   
1 medium onion cut grain  
2 teaspoons chicken favor 
2 shallots finely chopped 
3 cloves garlic finely chopped 
2 stem green onions chopped 
Salt and black pepper to taste  
Salt and black pepper to taste  
3 tablespoons frozen green peas and carrots  
1 pound diced barbecued pork or cooked ham 
4 bowl cooked rice preferably refrigerator  overnight 

  

Directions  
1. Prepare Ingredients : 1 pound shrimps , 2 chopped  red shallot , 3 cloves garlic finely chopped , 2 stem green onions chopped, 1 medium onion cut grain, 1 pound diced barbecued pork.



  

2. Tear the skin off the shrimp and remove the poop and clean with water. Paper towel dry the shrimp and add baking powder. This will make the shrimp crunchy.

   




3. In a pan on medium heat, add 2 tablespoons cooking oil and then add shallot, minced garlic, shrimp saute.  the shrimp not fully cooked. The shrimp will continue to cook with the rice. Remove and set aside .

 


  

4. Scramble 3 egg with a pinch of salt and then set aside.


 


5. Then add the cold rice leaving the rice in the refrigerator overnight separates the rice when cooked to avoid,  the rice to stick together .

6. Heat up a saucepan pour some oil, Add onion, white rice and saute , Once everything is fully cooked , when the rice is warm and golden brown.  add the chicken knorr stir-fry.

  


  


7. Pour the diced barbecued pork into saute again, soy sauce, salt and black pepper to taste ,  Garnish with green onion combine saute mixture.

24 Bagna Cauda - Anchovy and Garlic Dip

Bagna - Cauda Butter With Garlic and Anchovies 


Ingredients : 





1/2 teaspoon  minced sea salt  
2 ounces butter  melted  
1 cup olive oil  



                         


1 teaspoons  chopped fresh Italian parsley
1 cup olive  oil, enough to cover the garlic 1/2 teaspoon dry chilies or 1 pin cayenne pepper
2 ounces canned chopped anchovies  or  sardines  
          



Directions  : 

1. will  olive oil, peeled garlic, sea salt, cayenne pepper, butter anchovies ,  Italian  parsley, dried  chilies.



2. place all ingredients in an oven casserole, cover and bake at 300 F for 50  minutes.  


3. Dip bread or vegetables to eat together.

66 Japanese Curry Omelette Rice

Ingredients

3 smallscallops cut half
1/4 mediumred bell pepper chopped
2 smallwhole egg
1/4 mediumgreen bell pepper chopped
2 tspcurry powder
1/2 tspsalt and pepper
1 crice grain
11 stem chopped green onion
1 Tbspsoy sauce
1/4 smallyellow onions chopped
6 mediumshrimp chopped
1 tspketchup
2 cloveminced garlic
1 tspsesame seed
1 tspcorn starch

Directions

 Cut the chicken breast, scallops and shrimp into small cubes

 Prepare marinade: Add salt, cooking wine, corn starch and soy sauce. Add marinate to chicken,scallops and shrimp. Marinate for 10 minutes. Set aside.

 Add oil to the frying pan and fry the garlic till golden. Then put in the marinated chicken, scallop and shrimp. You can add more cooking wine for flavor. Once fully cooked set aside

 Stir fry the onion, red bell pepper, green pepper and sesame oil. Once cooked set aside

 Add the rice to the stir fry pan with curry powder and ketchup. Cook till rice is fully seasoned.

 Once rice is fully seasoned combine all the ingredients and stir fry together.

 Add a little salt, soy sauce and pepper to preference. Set aside rice mixture aside so you can cook the egg.

 Mix 1/2 teaspoon corn starch with 1 teaspoon water then add then mix in the eggs. **The corn starch mixture helps the eggs stay intact when wrapping later*. Then add a little oil in the pan and create an omelette.

 Take the fried rice mixture and place it in the center of the omelette. Use either chopsticks or a spatula to fold over the egg like a burrito.

 Put the curry omelette rice on the plate and add ketchup and sesame seeds on top. Enjoy!

Ingredients   :

1 tspcorn starch mix 1 tsp water
1 lbchicken breast meat cut 1/2 inch
1 Tbspchicken flavor
1 tspsoy sauce
2 sprig(s)green onion
6dry chili remove seeds
1 tspginger
1 can(s)carrots
1/2onion
2 tspgarlic diced
1 tspsesame oil
1/2 slicedry roasted peanuts
1 Tbspsugar
1 tsprice vinegar
1/2 clovered onion
1 largeegg
3 Tbspcooking wine
3 smallpepper
2 stickcelery root
1 tspolive oil
4 smalldried beancurd
1/2 largered bell pepper dices
1/2 tspsalt
4 medium* 4 blocks cut 1/2 inch dried bean curd


Directions   :

 1 . Wash and pat dry chicken breast meat , cut into 1/2 inch small pieces. Combine marinade ingredients; salt, cooking wine, egg white, corn starch mixed with water, and soy sauce mix. Marinate for 20 minutes.

 2. Sauce Mixture: In a small bowl add 2 tsp corn starch with 1/2 cup water, chicken stock flavor, soy sauce, salt, vinegar, sugar and cooking wine. Mix together and set aside.

 3 . Prepare ingredients: Take out the seeds of the dried red pepper.Fine chop garlic and ginger. Cut green onion,carrots,celery,red bell pepper and dried bean curd into 1/2 inch pieces.

 4 . On medium heat, add oil to frying pan. Add chicken and cook partially. Remove chicken and leave the oil in the pan.

 5. Using the same oil cook dried chili pepper to infuse the oil with the spice. Do not remove dried chili pepper.

 6. Then add shallot, ginger, garlic,cooking wine and partially cooked chicken. Fully cook chicken and set aside.

 7. Using the same oil add dried tofu, carrots, celery, ,green pepper, onion. Stir fry till cooked.

 8. Quickly stir fry ingredients,chicken,dry roasted peanuts and sauce made earlier. Stir fry till sauce coats the ingredients and enjoy!
