13 Pan-fried fish cakes

Pan-fried fish cakes  

Ingredients  :
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons wine
  • 4 finely chopped garlic
  • white pepper 1/2 tsp
  • 3 teaspoons oil
  • brown sugar 1/4 tsp
  • 1 teaspoon kronor
  • salt 1/2 tsp
  • 1 box of fish paste
Directions   :
  1. Buy fresh fish paste from the market. In a bowl add the fish paste, mix the flour with salt and then while mixing the paste add the water.
  2. Combine the rest of the ingredients and stir together white pepper, minced garlic, chicken knorr , wine, sugar, salt, seasoning, then add chopped green onion.
  3. Stir the mixture in one direction until the fish paste becomes smoother and elastic. Then place in the refrigerator.
  4. Apply some water on your hands so the fish paste won't stick to your hands. Roll the fish paste egg sized.
  5. Heat a flat pan put a little oil and then add the fish balls. Press the fish cake with a spatula to make them flat.
  6. Add fish balls with spatula to press cake. Fry both sides till golden brown. 
  7. Serve with fish sauce and cucumber slices.

114 Candied Sweet Potatoes

Candied Sweet Potatoes                     

 Ingredients   :
  • 2 pounds sweet potatoes
  • 1/4 cup butter  melted
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar 
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4  cup water
 Directions  :



  1.  In a small bowl, add 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/4 cup of water, 1/4 melted butter 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon. Stir together.
  2.  Poke holes in the sweet potatoes with a fork. Boil till fully cooked
  3.  Once the sweet potatoes are cooked let them cool down. Then peel and cut 1/4 thin slices. then place in a baking pan.
  4.  Pour the syrup mixture over the sweet potatoes bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees. can be eaten to enjoy.

26 Pickled salted egg practices

Ingredients  :
  • 11/2 oz black tea 
  • 12 eggs   
  • 1 Liter of water
  • Select coarse salt or fine salt will do 10 ounces                        
Directions   :
  1. Boil  1 gallon water with salt
  2. Wait for the salt to absorb into the water
  3. Wash the eggs and dry it.
  4. Wait for the brine to cool then add eggs. Store brine mixture and eggs into jars. 
  5.  Store in a dry and cool place.  Store for about 25 days then remove.
  6. Boil the salted the eggs or store in refrigerator for later. 



120 Thanksgiving Turkey Roast

Ingredients

1 stickunsalted butter
1 tspgarlic powder
8 clovecrushed garlic
3 stickcarrots, peeled and cut into 2-inch pieces
2 largeonions cut into chunks keep the peel
3 stalk(s)celery cut coarsely pieces
1 mediumonion, peeled and grated
16 lbthawed turkey
1 Tbspkosher salt
1/4 tspfreshly ground black pepper
1 tsppaprika
1 mediumlemon, thickly sliced
3 Tbspolive oil
1 cwhite wine
2 cchicken broth
1/2 cwater

Directions

 Using a food processor add a little garlic powder, 1 glass of wine, ground garlic, onion, 3/4 cup butter mixed. Placed in a small bowl and set aside.

 This is a 16 pounds turkey, put the turkey into the refrigerator freezer defrosted three days.

 Rinse the thawed turkey and pat dry. Remove and discard giblets and neck from turkey. Trim excess fat. Starting at neck cavity, rinsed well with cold water and pat dry

 Gently rub the turkey with a little salt and pepper Using a needle injector, inject the seasonings in the turkey.Continue to inject the turkey in all areas especially the thickest parts and thighs.

 Use your fingers to carefully loosen the skin around the turkey, insert a finger between skin and meat. Then apply the seasoning between the space of the skin and meat.

 Stuff 3/4 ounce packets fresh herbs poultry herb blend (sage, thyme and rosemary)in the turkey stomach .

 Preheat oven to 350 ° F, in a large baking dish add carrots, onions, celery, 1 cup water, 2 cups chicken broth. Tie the turkey legs and wings together with twine and then cover with foil

 Bake turkey at 375 F. After 40 minutes change the temperature to 275 F. Bake for 2 hours. Insert a meat thermometer into the deepest part the turkey When the thermometer says 165 F the turkey is cooked. Cook time is about 3  to 31/4 hours.

 Once the turkey is 160 degrees F, remove the turkey from the oven, remove the stuffing and cover foil. Let cooked turkey rest 15-20 minutes before eating

108 Spam Sushi Rolls

Ingredients  :

3 cucumber cut into strips 
1 can spam slice
some wasabi
3 tsp vinegar sauce
2 carrot cut strip slice 
3 bowls of cooked  rice
1 bottle rice seasoning
3 medium eggs shredded
2 cucumber cut into strips

Directions  :

1.  In a frying pan, add some oil. Make an omelet and set aside. Then cut the spam into slices and fry.





2.  . Cut the cucumber, carrots and eggs into strips. Set aside  .





  3.  Take a sheet of seaweed. Layer on some hot rice on the bottom of the seaweed  .






  4. Take one end of the seaweed and start rolling the sushi. Cut into slices and add on the rice seasoning  .

2 tspcorn starch

1 Tbspoyster sauce
1 tspchili oil

Directions

 In boiling water add a little salt and quickly cook the tofu. Leave in boiling water for few seconds. Remove and set aside.

 In a pain heat up some oil and add peppercorns. Let the peppercorns infuse the oil for the spicy pepper flavor. Remove peppercorn and keep the oil in the pain.

 Marinate the ground pork with 1 teaspoon of water ,a pinch of pepper powder,1 teaspoon of soy sauce and 1 teaspoon of cornstarch. Mix well

 Using the same oil as earlier cook the ginger and garlic. Once the ginger and garlic is cooked at the chili bean sauce and black bean.

 Then add ground pork ,chili bean paste ,black bean white wine and saute. Cook partially, remove and set aside.

 In the same pan, add the tofu and 2 bowls of hot water. One water is boiled, add the ground pork, chili powder or paprika, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and a little sugar.

 Create a corn starch mixture with water and add that to the pan. Then add pepper, pour a little sesame oil, stir well and put into a crockpot. Broil till the sauce thickens and then add chili and chopped green onions.

23 Beef Chow Fun Noodles

Ingredients:                                                 
3 eggs broken up      
1 onion shredded  
1/2 carrot shredded  
1 teaspoon soy sauce  
1 teaspoon sesame oil  
1 pound sliced beef  
3 teaspoons olive oil                                                   
1/4 tsp baking soda 
1 bowl of bean sprouts 
3 finely chopped garlic 
1 teaspoons cornstarch  
Salt and pepper to taste
2 teaspoons cooking wine 
2 teaspoons chicken favor 
2 tablespoons oyster sauce  
1 teaspoon dark soy sauce  
1 bag chow fun ( rice noodle ) 
1 pound rice noodle  ( chow fun )  
2 shallots finely chopped 
2 stem green onions shredded  
1 ball peppers also cut into thick slice  
The ingredients vegetable can add you own and match





Directions : 
1.Wash 1 lb beef with water then dry with paper towel. Cut into medium slices. In a bowl, add in ¼ teaspoon baking powder and add in the sliced beef. Then add in wine, salt and pepper and cornstarch. Mix well and then place refrigerator for 20 minutes.


   





2. Wash the bean sprouts and drain the water, cut green onions into 2 inch sections, cut the carrot into ½ strips, mince 3 garlic cloves,  chop 2 shallots, slice 1 onion. Set the ingredients aside.

3.  Beat 3 eggs and add ¼ teaspoon salt



  


4.  Heat a wok and add 3 teaspoon olive oil, saute shallots, onion and garlic. Then add the  meat and stir fry till brown but half cooked. Then remove and set aside in a bowl.

    





5.  In the same wok, add in red bell pepper, carrot and onion. Stir fry till cooked.








6.  In a different pan, pan fry the noodles until golden brown. Add in dark soy sauce, been sprouts then light soy sauce, oyster sauce and the egg. Then quickly stir fry until all the ingredients are mixed.







7. Finally, add in all the ingredients in the noodle pan. Then add soy sauce mixture, sesame oil, chicken flavor, salt and pepper.

  



 


8. Now, turn on the fire to high and stir fry everything together. Then turn of the heat and place on plate.

I am very happy to share this recipe with everyone. This beef chow fun is a classic Chinese dish. This dish is tasty and everyone likes to eat it. You can use the noodle in soup as well.  My daughter

Beef Chow Fun Noodle


Ingredients  :

3 large eggs
2 tbsp oil
1/4 tsp sugar
2 tbsp wine
1 tsp flour
½ red bell pepper
½ onions cut thick slice
½ carrots shredded
2 tsp minced garlic
2 tbsp oyster sauce                                  
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
1/4 tsp baking soda
2 stem green onion
1/4 tsp tsp salt
1 bag chow fun ( rice noodle )




Directions  : 

 1/  In a bowl add 2 tablespoons water ,1/4 teaspoon baking soda and mix well with beef. Then add a little corn starch ,salt and oil. Marinate beef and put in refrigerator for 20 minutes .




      2.  Chop red bell pepper, onion, carrots, and green onion into thick square pieces .


                                       



      3.  In a frying pan, add 1 tablespoon oil saute garlic and beef. Cook the beef partially and set aside.  The meat will fully cook later when stir fried .






      4.  Then cook the onions, red bell pepper, and carrots  .







             

      



      5.  On medium heat cook the rice noodle until both sides are golden brown. Then add soy sauce oyster sauce, dark soy sauce , 2 eggs stir and all of the rest of the ingredients. Stir Fry for 2 minutes .
