Quarter ponder burger
Ingredients :
- 1 lb ground beef mince
- 1/3 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup green onion
- 1 egg
- 1/4 lb bacon
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 sesame seed bun
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 6 slice pickles
- 1/2 onion greed
- 2 slice of cheese
- 1 tbs mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1 tomato slices
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tsp tomato ketchup
- 2 slice lettuce leaves
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 4 tbsp dash Worcester sauce
1. 1 lb minced beef, ½ green onion finely chopped , ½ tsp black pepper.
2. 1/2 cup green onion , 1 tbsp oil, 1 cup fresh white breadcrumbs , tsp salt, 2 eggs ,
4. 1/2 teaspoon white vinegar , salt ½ tsp, dash Worcester shine sauce 2 tbsp.
5. Put the minced beef into a large bowl , add all the ingredients into large bowl .
6. Combine all ingredients gently, Knead well by hand until the ingredients are thoroughly combined .
7. Put in the refrigerator 2- 4 hour or more.
9. Add a little oil on the chopping block, shape the beef into circle disks and then add a layer of waxed paper on top, use a rolling pin to press the flat beef .
5. Put the minced beef into a large bowl , add all the ingredients into large bowl .
6. Combine all ingredients gently, Knead well by hand until the ingredients are thoroughly combined .
8. Divide beef mixture into equal portions.
10. Heat the remaining oil in a frying pan and add the burgers. Fry over a medium heat, cover the pot until browned on one side .
12. Toast buns and add condiments as desired .
11. Then turn over pan- fry the other side low heat for 3-4 minutes or until cooked through .
