106 French Dark Beer and Beef Stew

french black  Beer and Beef Stew  





Ingredients  :
                        
1 cup milk          
3 tbsp flour     
3 tsp olive oil         
5 bay leaves               
3 cups  water             
A little ginger                           
  



                            

    1 tsp soy sauce    
    1 Pest  paprika   
    2 Cut beef broth        
    2 cups beef broth                




    1 tsp chicken flavor 
    1 tbsp  brown sugar       
    2 shallots, chopped
    Bottle of dark Beer     
    1 teaspoon fresh fennel    
    1 carrot cut into chunk    
    1/2 teaspoon dried chili 
    Salt and pepper to taste       

                                         



    Salted butter 4 ounces   
    1 Spring onion  diced               
    1 Bag package of pasta    
    1 Tsp dried thyme  leaves       1 Tsp  dried basil leaves    
    4 Chopped garlic chopped  

    2 Tsp chopped  fresh parsley   





      1 Tbsp  Worcestershire  sauce  
      Cut green onion shallots 2     
      3 Pounds cut chunks of beef or beef ribs, beef brisket    
      You can also choose your favorite ingredients:

      Celery ,tomato sauce, mushrooms, kidney beans, apple, hongxi  mushrooms, radish, coke.












      Directions  :  
      1.  Cut beef into chunks, add  ,thyme leaves,  dried basil leaves,  pepper, a little ginger, pepper chili powder,  Worcestershire sauce 2 tbsp chicken flavor 1 tsp cumin 1 tsp mixed whipped  .

       2 . All ingredients will be added to the beef, marinate beef in the refrigerator overnight  .
              


        3.  Coat beef with flour, pour the flour on a plate, each side of the cut of beef is dusting flour . 
                

           
        4.  Heat frying pan, add butter or olive oil, saute onion and garlic , take it out of  the pan and set aside. 

                  
                
        5.  Fry beef till golden brown, add  dark beer , salt, pepper and then fry together.





       6.  Then add  bay leaves, chili, brown sugar, chili powder, then add water till it covers the beef  .


      7. Turn heat to high and let it boil. Once boiled, turn the heat to low and let it simmer for 1 hour.




       8.In a separate pan add the chopped carrots, peeled potatoes, stir together the pot. Then add the rest of                            the flour from before.















        9.  Add the potato and carrots after the beef is boiled for 1 hr  .




        10.  Cook till the sauce thickens and add salt, black pepper  .




         11.   Pour into a bigger pot and enjoy with french bread or pasta.
