Squid With Shrimp Salad
Ingredients :
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 pound shrimp peeled
2 cucumber thin sliced
2 fresh chopped red chili
1 onion cut into thin strips
1 onion cut into thin strips
1 small shredded cabbage
2 stem green onions shredded
1/2 cup dry roasted crushed peanuts
5 ounces rice clear noodle soak water
1 bowl fish sauce ( 103 homemade fish sauce recipes )
According to your own favorite taste freely sauce
Directions :
1.Cut Ingredients: Cabbage, onions and cucumber into thin slices.
2. In hot water add some ginger and boil the shrimp and squid. Once fully cooked, set aside.
3. 5 ounces rice clear noodle soak water. Bring a large pot of water to boil the noodles. then stir with chopsticks. Remove the cooked noodles and drain the water. Boil according to package directions.
4. Now start layering your ingredients for the salad. Place rice noodles on the bottom, then add the onion, cabbage, cucumbers, basil and the shrimp and squid.
5. Use a food processor to grind dry roasted peanuts .
6. Prepare the Sauce : Combine fish sauce with lemon, sugar, water and garlic. You can add chili for spice. then pour over the salad topped with the dried peanuts. Enjoy !
