Spinach Bacon Baked macaroni milk sauce
Ingredients :
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 8 ounces macaroni 8 ounces
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 pound spinach
- 3 ounces bacon
- 1 1/2 cups whipping cream 1 1/2 cups
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 ounces ham
- 1 onion
- 1/2 cup mushrooms
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese
Directions
:
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F
- Boil water and half cook the pasta. Add a little salt and in the water.
- Clean and cut spinach then boil and then blanch. Slice bacon; mince garlic and onion, and grate mozzarella cheese.
- In a pan put some olive oil,garlic, onion, ham, add bacon, then add spinach at the end.
- Pour whipping cream in a bowl, add 1 egg, salt, pepper,cream cheese and mozzarella cheese.
- add all ingredients together and mixed seasonings into a baking pot. Cover the top with egg, cheese and mozzarella cheese. Bake for 375 F for 30-40 minutes.
