115 Spinach Bacon Baked macaroni milk sauce

Spinach Bacon Baked macaroni milk sauce   

Ingredients   :
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 8 ounces macaroni 8 ounces
  • 1 egg 
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 pound spinach
  • 3 ounces bacon
  • 1 1/2 cups whipping cream 1 1/2 cups
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 ounces ham 
  • 1 onion 
  • 1/2 cup mushrooms
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese 

Directions    : 
  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F
  2. Boil water and half cook the pasta. Add a little salt and in the water.
  3. Clean and cut spinach then boil and then blanch. Slice bacon;  mince garlic and  onion, and grate mozzarella cheese.
  4. In a pan put some olive oil,garlic, onion, ham, add bacon, then add spinach at the end.
  5. Pour whipping cream in a bowl, add 1 egg, salt, pepper,cream cheese and mozzarella cheese.
  6.  add all ingredients together and mixed seasonings into a baking pot. Cover the top with egg, cheese and mozzarella cheese. Bake for 375 F for  30-40 minutes.
