7 Fried stuffed tofu

Fried stuffed tofu  

Ingredients  :
  • 2 Tofu cut half
  • 2 green onions chopper
  • 1/2 teaspoon  ginger chopped
  • 1 pound ground pork
  • 3 clove garlic chopped
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper 
  • 1 teaspoon oyster sauce  
  • 1/2 teaspoon  sugar 
  • 1/2 teaspoon  salt 
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
Directions  :
  1. Wash tofu, cut into small pieces, blanched in boiling water boil, drain water and set aside.
  2. Crush the fresh water chest nut, hand squeezed water out, mushrooms  cut into small tablets,  ginger, garlic chopper .
  3. The onions, ginger, garlic, egg yolk,pepper, soy sauce, green onion, corn starch,  sugar ,salt and mix with lean meat , put in the refrigerator for 30 minute.
  4. Dig a small hole in the middle of the tofu , spring on a thin layer of corn starch. Then stuff the tofu with the meat filling
  5. Pour oil into the pan and fry the stuffing side first. Then fry until brown on both sides. .
  6. In a pot add a little oil and saute garlic,  add salt, soy sauce, oyster sauce and seasoning.
  7. Pour the gravy sauce over the tofu and sprinkle with green onion
