Fried
stuffed tofu
Ingredients :
- 2 Tofu cut half
- 2 green onions chopper
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger chopped
- 1 pound ground pork
- 3 clove garlic chopped
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon oyster sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- Wash tofu, cut into small pieces, blanched in boiling water boil, drain water and set aside.
- Crush the fresh water chest nut, hand squeezed water out, mushrooms cut into small tablets, ginger, garlic chopper .
- The onions, ginger, garlic, egg yolk,pepper, soy sauce, green onion, corn starch, sugar ,salt and mix with lean meat , put in the refrigerator for 30 minute.

- Pour oil into the pan and fry the stuffing side first. Then fry until brown on both sides. .

- Pour the gravy sauce over the tofu and sprinkle with green onion
