136 Shrimp and Egg Rice Noodles

Shrimp and Egg Rice Noodles

Ingredients  :
  • 1 pound rice noodle
  • 4  eggs
  • 2 stem green onions chopped
  • 2 pound shrimp 
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic                      
  • 1/4 tsp sugar
  • 2 tsp wine 
  • 1 tsp flour
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tsp chicken flavor
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt 
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil 
  Directions  :

 1.  Peel shrimp and wash. Then chop green onion stem.





  
  2.  Add oil to the wok and saute the garlic. Then add the shrimp and saute till shrimp is half cooked.





 3.  Mix 1 teaspoon corn starch with 1 teaspoon water, 4 teaspoon salt then add mix in the 4 eggs.




 4.  On medium heat cook the rice noodle until both sides are golden brown ,  quickly stir so that each rice noodle  wrapped in egg mixture.





  5.  Add a little salt and chicken flavor, soy sauce and green onion.
