Salmon Fried Rice
Ingredients :
- 5 baby carrot cut in pieces
- 1 tbsp canola oil
- 1/2 onion cut pieces
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 dry chili chopped
- 1 stem green onion chopped
- 2 bowl of cold cooked riced
- 1/2 cup broccoli cut large pieces
- 3 clove garlic sliced
- 3 oz salmon cut 3/4 inch
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp corn starch
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp chicken knorr
Directions :
- Cut salmon into cubes. Season with salt,dried chili, pepper, garlic powder and a little flour . Let it marinate and set aside .
- Prepare ingredients : dice the carrots, broccoli and green onion .
- Boil the broccoli and carrot .
- In a frying pan, add 1 tablespoon oil Saute garlic and cook the salmon. Once fully cooked set aside.
- Heat up the bowl of cold rice and cook till warm.
- Put butter in the pan and add the onions.
- Add broccoli, salmon, pepper, green onion, chicken flavor and soy sauce Enjoy!
