13 Pan-fried fish cakes

Pan-fried fish cakes  

Ingredients  :
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons wine
  • 4 finely chopped garlic
  • white pepper 1/2 tsp
  • 3 teaspoons oil
  • brown sugar 1/4 tsp
  • 1 teaspoon kronor
  • salt 1/2 tsp
  • 1 box of fish paste
Directions   :
  1. Buy fresh fish paste from the market. In a bowl add the fish paste, mix the flour with salt and then while mixing the paste add the water.
  2. Combine the rest of the ingredients and stir together white pepper, minced garlic, chicken knorr , wine, sugar, salt, seasoning, then add chopped green onion.
  3. Stir the mixture in one direction until the fish paste becomes smoother and elastic. Then place in the refrigerator.
  4. Apply some water on your hands so the fish paste won't stick to your hands. Roll the fish paste egg sized.
  5. Heat a flat pan put a little oil and then add the fish balls. Press the fish cake with a spatula to make them flat.
  6. Add fish balls with spatula to press cake. Fry both sides till golden brown. 
  7. Serve with fish sauce and cucumber slices.
