Curry Minced Meat Fried Rice
Ingredients :
3 mince garlic
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1 onion diced
2 teaspoons olive oil
3 tablespoons frozen carrots, peas
1 pound of ground pork or slice beef
1/2 yellow bell
pepper or red bell pepper
2. Prepare marinade : 2 teaspoons cooking wine, ½ teaspoon chicken flavor, 1 teaspoons cornstarch. Then marinade for 10 to 15 minutes.
