Vinegar
Spinach Peanuts
Ingredients :
2
bundle spinach
1
tbsp minced garlic
1/4
tsp dry pepper
1/2
tsp sesame oil
1
tsp chicken flavor
½ root shredded carrot
½ cut dry roasted peanut
5
tsp black vinegar or white vinegar
1
tsp white sugar or brown sugar
1 tea sugar or brown sugar
Directions :
1. Wash
spinach and boil for 5 seconds then blanch in cold water.set aside .
2. Prepare 3 teaspoons roasted peanuts and set
aside.
3. Chop garlic,carrots and dried chili .
4. Combine Spinach, add salt, soy sauce, chicken
flavor, dried chili, minced garlic and sesame oil. Stir well.
5. After
combining ingredients, add vinegar and carrot. mix together .
6. Pour
dry roasted peanuts into the marinated spinach
.
